
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It's easy!
Our auctions are online only timed auctions. You are welcome to view items of interest online or preview times will be available by appointment only to fully inspect all items of interest prior to bidding. All items are sold on an "as is where is" policy therefore we do suggest a careful inspection.
Our auctions use a soft close system. This means that if there is bidding on an item within two minutes of its close time, it will extend the bidding time, this way, everyone gets a chance at their chosen items.
Prior to Sale Day make sure to register early! When pre-registration opens, browse the items of interest on Hibid.com
Payment/Pickups
Buyers Terms- There is a 15% buyers premium on all items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once the auction closes, you will receive an email with invoice included.
All payments will processed on site the day of pickup. Please provide invoice at time of pickup.
Credit, Debit, Cash and E-transfer accepted.
No items will leave without proof of I.D., and payment.
Buyers are responsible for picking up and loading purchases. We do have equipment available to assist with loading if requested.
All items that are not picked up during the specified times will be considered abandoned and become the property of KC's 3 Acres. Your credit card will be charged. Please contact us if you cannot make the pick up time and other arrangements can be made.
Consignors- arrangements will be made for you to receive your payment within approximately one week after the final pick up date.
