How it works

If you decide you would like to use our facility for your storage needs, contact us via email or phone to set up an appointment.
Our outdoor storage process includes the signing of our contract, processing of your payment and you receiving your personalized code to the automated gate system which gives 24/7 access to your stored unit.

 

All Indoor storage regardless of the season is based on a first come first serve basis.  Winter seasonal storage from October to April requires a 6 month commitment with access to stored units only available by appointment. Vehicles will be tucked away until April (or when the snow allows) at which we will then start the removal process.

 

When you no longer require storage whether it be indoor or outdoor, it is important to let us know to avoid any additional invoices. Our invoices are automatically sent out via email 5 days before the due date.

All customers are more than welcome to send payment by sending an e-transfer to the email address on the invoice. If you require a different way to pay, let us know and we can arrange an alternate method.
